TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT

An Entrance Deposit of $1,500.00 will reserve your two bedroom apartment at Villa Rose. The entrance deposit less $250.00 is refundable according to the provisions of the lease.

The interest that accumulates on your Entrance Deposit will be paid to you on an annual basis.
