STUDIO APARTMENT

An Entrance Deposit of $1,500.00 will reserve your studio apartment at Villa Rose. The entrance deposit less $250.00 is refundable according to the provisions of the lease.

The interest that accumulates on your Entrance Deposit will be paid to you on an annual basis.

The square footage of the studio apartment is 384 sq. ft.
