Villa Rose
A Senior Living Community with Supportive Services
Villa Rose’s monthly rental program includes the following services in each studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment:
Three meals daily
24 hr. emergency response system
Weekly housekeeping
Provision of flat linens once a week
Scheduled activities and transportation
24 hr. security by closed circuit TV entry
Assistance with activities of daily living provided by BJC Home Care Services or other Home Health Organizations, with additional charges. *
Each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and 2-burner counter top range and is ready for the resident’s furnishings.
An Entrance Deposit of $1500.00 is required. The Entrance Deposit less $250.00 is refundable according to the provisions of the lease.
Additional Amenities include:
2 Private Dining Rooms for family functions
Computer with internet access
Arts and crafts room
Media Room
Game Room with Pool table
Activity Room

Villa Rose, in Bethalto, Illinois offers seniors age 55 or older affordable independent living with a blend of supportive services. Villa Rose is committed to the safety and welfare of its residents. Should a situation arise that poses a threat to the safety or welfare of a resident or if a resident could potentially cause harm to others, we would deem it appropriate to address the situation.
An example of behaviors and inabilities that Villa Rose is unable to accommodate are:
Wandering away from our facility.
Excessive falls
Dementia symptoms that exceed management.
Uncontrolled incontinence
Hostile, combative or aggressive behavior.
Inability to get around in the apartment alone.
Two person assistance with transfers or mobility
Assistance required with eating other than meal set-up.
Effective January 2006 – Smoking will be prohibited in all areas of Villa Rose with the exception of outside common areas.
